徐灰含水层注浆扩散半径影响因素及注浆优化方案

摘要
在煤矿防治水注浆治理领域,顶底板加固改造过程中普遍存在钻孔的高吃浆量和注浆材料成本高的问题,为解决钻孔水流量过大、注浆材料吸收不足和注浆扩散半径受限等技术难题.通过综合分析钻孔结构、地层位置、岩石性质、出水量、水质成分以及注浆压力等注浆影响因素,增加钻孔注浆的扩散半径.结果表明,通过优化注浆影响因素增加注浆扩散半径,可以有效降低注浆成本,同时显著提升徐灰含水层的注浆效果.
Abstract
In the field of coal mine water prevention and grouting treatment,the reinforcement and renovation of the top and bottom plates are commonly faced with the problems of high grouting consumption and high cost of grouting materials.This study comprehensively analyzes the key factors affecting grouting,including grouting hole structure,stratum location,rock proper-ties,water output,water quality composition,and grouting pressure,with the aim of increasing the diffusion radius of grou-ting holes to address technical challenges such as excessive water flow in drilling holes,insufficient absorption of grouting ma-terials,and limited diffusion radius of grouting.The research results indicate that optimizing the factors affecting grouting to in-crease the diffusion radius can effectively reduce grouting costs and significantly enhance the grouting effect in the Xuhui aqui-fer.
