摘要
农村土地"三权分置"是农村土地制度改革重要的制度创新,以枣庄市农村土地"三权分置"的制度结构及绩效为研究对象,通过文献研究、理论分析和数据分析相结合的研究方法,深入探讨农村土地"三权分置"制度在枣庄市的实施现状及其对枣庄市农村经济带来的经济效益.阐述农村土地"三权分置"的内涵和意义,对农村土地"三权分置"的制度结构进行理论分析,在对枣庄市农村土地"三权分置"制度的实施现状进行绩效评估,提出优化农村土地"三权分置"制度的政策建议.
Abstract
The"three rights separation"of rural land is an important institutional innovation of rural land system re-form.Taking the institutional structure and performance of the"three rights separation"of rural land in Zaozhuang as the re-search object.Through a combination of literature research,theoretical analysis,and data analysis,this study aims to explore the current implementation status of the rural land"three rights separation"system in Zaozhuang and its economic benefits to the rural economy.The connotation and significance of the"three rights separation"of rural land were firstly elaborated.And then a theoretical analysis of the institutional structure of the"three rights separation"of rural land were conducted.After con-ducting a performance evaluation of the implementation status of the"three rights separation"of rural land in Zaozhuang,the policy recommendations were finally proposed to optimize the rural land"three rights separation"system.
