Renovation of Mode of Governing Algorithmic Discrimination from the Perspective of Positive View on Ethics
Algorithmic technology has been widely used with the help of big data technology and become an important role in influencing people's daily life,but it also has shown de facto discrimination due to the constant practical challenge to technology neutrality.The re-examination of algorithmic discrimination and its governance path is an important prerequisite for the algorithm to play its positive role and avoid its negative impact.The mode of governing algorithmic discrimination under the influence of traditional idea on ethics has some problems such as deviated concept of values,imbalanced governance structure and outdated governance technology,which affect the effectiveness of algorithmic discrimination governance.Social development promotes the innovation of view on ethics,and the establishment of positive view on ethics can provide theoretical guidance for the realization of algorithmic technology for good.The optimization of algorithmic governance structure and the improvement of anti-discrimination technology are important prerequisites for correcting algorithmic discrimination,and only the comprehensive application of the three-dimensional measures of concept,system and technology can achieve the realization of the ethical goal of science and technology for good in the algorithmic field.
