On the Theoretical and Practical Innovation of Fengqiao Experience
The Fengqiao Experience was created on basis that CPC members drew on lessons from the Soviet Union's oppression of the rich farmers and the expanded purges.Its theoretical innovation is mainly manifested as follows:for the first time in the history of the development of Marxism,the CPC members explicitly stated that the majority of the exploiting class and other reactionaries could be transformed into new people in socialist society and that their status as the exploiting was not unchangeable for life.Its practical innovation is mainly manifested as follows:the socialist regime could adopt the principle of"no one to be killed,most(more than 95％)not to be arrested"towards the exploiting class and other reactionaries who had committed harmful acts and rely on the grass roots and wage struggles through reasoning to convince them thoroughly;the socialist regime guaranteed the legitimate rights and interests of the exploiting class and other reactionaries,whose children should not be discriminated;the socialist regime could restore the political rights of the exploiting class and other reactionaries who shifted their positions and behaved well.These practices were original in socialist countries and practical innovation.The Fengqiao Experience is the crystallization of the collective wisdom of CPC members and a product of the combination of Marxist theory and excellent traditional Chinese culture.
