摘要
本文运用CAD/CAM软件-Geomagic Studio、CimatronE,以鞋楦逆向设计为实例,论述了点云处理、错误修复、曲面生成的方法,对样品鞋进行逆向设计及数控加工程序编制,提出了一套完整的鞋楦逆向设计及数控加工的方法,并为模具设计提供了建构复杂曲面模型的有效途径.
Abstract
Based on the example of shoe last reverse engineering, this paper emphasizes on some methods about processing point-cloud,fill holes and constructing surface by utilizing CAD/ CAM software - Geomagic Studio, CimatronE. The reverse design and NC programming have been done on shoe last. A self made three axis NC last carving machine was used for NC manufacturing. A whole series method of shoe last reverse design and NC machining have been proposed. And it can provide several methods to construct complication model for mould machining.
