摘要
生态位理论与职业技能大赛指导团队的群体发展在生态位构建、生态位态势和生态位宽度等方面具有高度耦合性.对福建省33所高职院校的中华茶艺赛项指导团队进行生态位构建、态势和宽度进行分析,然后在生态错位、生态协同和生态扩充理论基础上,从技能大赛指导团队的选聘、培养、管理和考核激励等方面,探索指导团队培养和管理路径,旨在建立一支专业、高效、可持续发展的指导团队.
Abstract
The development of coaching teams in vocational skills competitions is closely related to niche theory,particularly niche construction,niche breadth,and niche ecostate-ecorole.This study focuses on observ-ing the niche characteristics of coaching teams in the Chinese tea art competition among 33 higher vocational colleges in Fujian Province.The aim is to identify approaches to training and managing coaching teams based on the principles of niche theory,including team selection,training,management,assessment,and incentives.The goal is to establish professional,efficient,and sustainable coaching teams in vocational skills competitions.
