基于增长极理论的东山乡村民宿产业发展研究

摘要
发展乡村旅游是乡村振兴战略的重要举措之一,民宿产业的可持续发展则成为乡村旅游的热点.文章基于增长极理论深入分析了东山民宿产业的优势与不足,提出在发展和壮大东山民宿业的同时,构建以东山、漳浦、云霄、诏安民宿产业发展轴,拓展延伸涵盖平和的漳州南部区域民宿发展面,实现一级引领、连点成轴,形成漳州南部区域特色民宿产业的发展面格局.
Abstract
Rural tourism is a crucial element of the national strategy for rural revitalization,with the sus-tainable growth of the homestay industry being a key focus.This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the Dongshan homestay industry based on the growth pole theory.It proposes the development and strengthening of the Dongshan homestay industry while establishing a development axis cen-tered around the homestay industries in Dongshan,Zhangpu,Yunxiao,and Zhao'an,extending to Pinghe and other areas in southern Zhangzhou.The objective is to expand and extend the homestay development in this re-gion.The article suggests integrating policy guidance,fostering close industry cooperation,and leveraging scien-tific and technological information to develop and showcase local customs,thereby enhancing the homestay ex-perience for tourists.The ultimate goal is to achieve exceptional leadership and establish a cohesive axis that connects individual points,forming a distinctive pattern of development for the homestay industry in southern Zhangzhou.
