多种数字化仿真技术融合的注塑模具创新设计实践

Innovative Design Practice of Injection Mold Construction Based on the Convergence of Multiple Digital Simulation Technologies

以省级技能大赛"模具数字化设计与制造工艺"题材为案例,结合多种数字化仿真技术,首先进行产品结构分析及完型创新设计,接着完成主要成型模块机构、侧滑脱模机构等设计,最后进行模流分析、机构运动分析及关键部件的强度分析.通过融合多种数字化仿真技术,结果得出,模具设计合理,关键零件强度满足要求,模具动作协调,安全可靠,注塑出合格产品,实现产品的创新设计.此外,同时进行全过程的录制,实现可观摩、可再现等真实案例教学.
This study presents an innovative design practice of injection mold construction,focusing on the theme of the provincial skill contest"Digital Design and Manufacturing Process of Molds".Various digital sim-ulation technologies are integrated to analyze product structure,conduct innovative molding design,and design key components such as the main forming module mechanism and side slip demolding mechanism.Mold flow analysis,mechanism motion analysis,and strength analysis of key components are performed to ensure the mold design meets requirements in terms of strength,coordination,safety,and reliability.The results demonstrate the successful production of qualified and innovative products.Real-time recording of the entire process enables ob-served and reproducible teaching.This study highlights the importance of digitization,simulation technologies,multi-core pulling mechanisms,and finite element simulation in mold design and manufacturing processes.
