摘要

为推进嘉宝果产业在漳州市南靖县的发展,采用种子播种法对嘉宝果的繁殖技术进行研究.通过对沙巴嘉宝果的种子繁殖技术进行跟踪,考察了种子的获取方式、浸种温度、浸种时间、荫棚温度、荫棚相对湿度对种子发芽率的影响,结果表明采用发酵漂洗法可有效提高种子的成熟度,促进种子的发芽;浸种温度、浸种时间、荫棚温度、荫棚相对湿度4个因素对嘉宝果种子的发芽率均有较大的影响,最佳的种子发芽条件为浸种温度40℃、浸种时间32 h、荫棚温度25℃、荫棚相对湿度80%,在此条件下嘉宝果种子的发芽率为90.18%±0.07%,发芽时间仅需24 d.

Abstract

This study aimed to promote the development of the Plinia cauliflora industry in Nanjing Coun-ty,Zhangzhou City.The propagation technology of Plinia cauliflora was investigated using the seed sowing method.The effects of seed acquisition method,seed soaking temperature,seed soaking time,shade tempera-ture,and relative humidity on seed germination rate were analyzed by tracking the seed propagation technology of Sabah Plinia cauliflora.The results demonstrated that the fermentation rinsing method effectively improved seed maturity and promoted seed germination.Seed soaking temperature,soaking time,temperature in the shade shed,and relative humidity within the shade shed significantly influenced the germination rate of Plinia cauliflo-ra seeds.The optimal conditions for seed germination were found to be a soaking temperature of 40℃,soaking time of 32 hours,shade shed temperature of 25℃,and relative humidity of 80%within the shade shed.Under these conditions,the germination rate of Plinia cauliflora seeds reached 90.18%±0.07%,with a germination time of only 24 days.
