Textbook reform serves as the cornerstone of the"triple education reform,"and the flexible na-ture of loose-leaf textbooks aligns well with the evolving needs of vocational education.This paper explores the importance of developing loose-leaf textbooks and discusses the methodologies for creating such textbooks both domestically and internationally.Using the development of teaching materials for the Food Processing Technolo-gy Professional Group within the National Double High Plan Construction Professional Group as a case study,the article delves into the practical experiences of vocational loose-leaf textbooks.It highlights the pivotal role of both schools and enterprises in the development of loose-leaf textbooks,offering strategies and approaches to further the advancement of loose-leaf textbooks in vocational education.
