科技特派员赋能乡村人才振兴适切性与进路——基于科研育人视角

摘要
在全面推进乡村振兴战略的进程中,乡村人才资源及其充分运用是关键要素,而乡村人才储备与培养不足已经成为亟需破解的问题,需要发挥各界力量参与开发与培养.科技特派员在实现科技与乡村产业发展有效融合,促进农业生产力发展等方面发挥重要作用,挖掘这部分群体参与乡村人才培养将是一支重要力量.文中从科研育人的视角分析了科技特派员赋能乡村人才振兴的适切性,提出立足"一懂两爱",培养高素质农民、创新人才、产业链人才的进路,并以漳州职业技术学院长期以来开展的科技特派员工作为例,实践表明了,提出的科技特派员赋能乡村人才振兴进路的可行性和实效性.
Abstract
As efforts are made to promote rural revitalization comprehensively,the effective utilization of rural talent resources becomes crucial.The lack of rural talent reserves and training poses a pressing challenge that requires the involvement of various sectors to address.Science and technology commissioners play a vital role in integrating science and technology effectively into rural industry development,thereby enhancing agricul-tural productivity.Leveraging these individuals to contribute to rural talent training is essential.This paper ex-amines the appropriateness of empowering rural talents through science and technology commissioners from the perspective of scientific research and education.It proposes a strategy for nurturing high-quality farmers,inno-vative talents,and industrial chain professionals based on the principles of"understanding and love."Drawing on the long-term experience of science and technology commissioners at Zhangzhou Institute of Technology,the paper demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of this approach.
