摘要
随着建筑人工成本不断上升以及人们对建筑产品品质需求的不断提升,追求更加节能、环保、可持续的绿色建造方式成为建筑业转型升级的方向.基于建设项目工程创新实践,总结提炼以BIM数字化管理平台、建筑机器人多机联动产品体系、装配式与塑料模板现浇混合结构体系以及与智能建造相适应的项目组织体系为主要内容的新型智能建造技术体系.探讨该技术体系在组织架构设计、智能建造体系选型与出图、建筑机器人进场策划、施工总平面图及进度计划编制、建筑机器人施工策划、施工要素管理等场景的应用要点.工程实践表明,新型智能建造技术体系在"系统代脑、机器代工、工厂代替现场"方面进行了有益探索,有效提高了建筑施工的数字化、信息化和智能化水平,提升了工程建造安全性.
Abstract
The construction industry is witnessing a shift towards more energy-efficient,environmentally friendly,and sustainable green construction practices,driven by escalating construction labor costs and height-ened consumer demands for superior building product quality.This transformation has underscored the need for innovation in construction projects,leading to the development of a new intelligent construction technology sys-tem.This system incorporates key elements such as a Building Information Modeling(BIM)digital manage-ment platform,a multi-machine linkage product system for construction robots,a prefabricated and plastic form-work casting mixed structure system,and a project organization system tailored for intelligent construction.This study summarizes and refines the innovative practices within construction projects that have led to the establish-ment of this technology system.The application points of this system in various scenarios,including organiza-tional structure design,selection and drawing of intelligent construction systems,planning for construction robot implementation,general plan and schedule planning,construction robot construction planning,and construction element management,are discussed.Through engineering practice,it has been demonstrated that this new intelli-gent construction technology system has made significant strides in enhancing the digitization,information,and intelligence levels of building construction.Moreover,it has effectively improved the safety standards of engi-neering construction by embracing the principles of"system brain,machine foundry,and factory instead of site."
