Abstract
To successfully execute the strategies aimed at revitalizing the nation through science and educa-tion,fortifying the nation through talent cultivation,and propelling innovation-driven progress,it is essential to prioritize the integrated development of education,science,technology,and talent.This entails gaining a com-prehensive understanding of the historical foundations of these strategies,capturing the essence and interconnec-tions among them,and establishing a cohesive logic mechanism.By fostering a forward-thinking mindset,adopt-ing a strategic vantage point,broadening our vision,and implementing robust measures,we can promote region-al exploration and practical applications.Through this approach,we can pave the way for new opportunities and pathways,continuously fostering fresh momentum and competitive advantages.
