摘要

就业是民生之本.大学生"慢就业"现象是时代发展的产物,是社会、学校、家庭、个人等多方因素共同造就的结果.当前,大学生就业工作面临新的挑战,在社会层面上要构建多方联动机制,增强就业意识,拓展就业岗位;在学校层面上要搭建全员参与就业平台;在家庭与个人层面上要树立科学择业观.为此,在"三全育人"视域下,坚持就业育人理念,构建"三全育人"就业服务体系,实现就业工作网格化、精细化,形成全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人的良好格局,从而破解大学生"慢就业"现象.

Abstract

Employment is the foundation of people's livelihoods.The phenomenon of"slow employment"among college students is a product of contemporary developments and results from various factors,including societal,educational,familial,and individual influences.Currently,college students face new challenges in employment.At the social level,it is essential to build a multi-linkage mechanism to enhance employment awareness and expand job opportunities.At the school level,we should establish a model of full participation in employment.At the family and individual levels,fostering a scientific perspective on career choices is crucial.Therefore,from the perspective of"triple full education,"it is necessary to adhere to the concept of employment education,develop an employment service system based on this framework,and implement a detailed and sys-tematic approach to employment support.This will help create an effective model of"whole staff education,whole process education,and all-round education"to address the"slow employment"phenomenon among col-lege students.
