A Study on the Influencing Factors of Knee Joint Injuries in Badminton Players
This study aims to explore the influencing factors of knee injuries in badminton athletes and pro-vide insights for injury prevention and rapid rehabilitation.Utilizing literature reviews,questionnaire surveys,testing methods,and statistical analysis,the study found that the incidence of knee injuries among professional badminton athletes is high,with most injuries being chronic.The common techniques that lead to knee injuries include powerful shots and jumping attacks.Additionally,Functional Movement Screening(FMS)tests have proven effective in identifying badminton players at risk of injury.It is recommended that badminton profession-als enhance their balance training and prioritize knee injury prevention to reduce injury rates and improve athlet-ic performance.
