Yes. This is a human rights issue which needs to be addressed. In practically every country those who have the economic resources are definitely going to get treatment, either in their own country or they have their own resources to travel abroad to get treatment. And those who don't have the money will not get treated.I think that if one person has access, all people should have access to at least a basic level of treatment. That's why cancer should be part of the global health agenda, because there are many inequities in the access to cancer treatment.
