The effects of soil temperature, moisture, and nitrogen deposition on temperature sensitivity of soil respiration (Q(10)) in four forests types within the Three Gorges area of China were studied. We measured soil respiration (Rs) and soil temperature (T-5), and moisture (W-5) at 5 cm soil depth and experimentally added three levels of soil nitrogen.
