The coastal influence in the Gulf of Mannar is determined by an Organic Suspended Particulate Matter (OSPM) and an Inorganic Suspended Particulate Matter (ISPM). The OSPM and ISPM concentrations were used to extract scattering properties of the water. In this research work, OSPM and ISPM have been obtained from remotely sensed particle scatter. Based on the in-water measurements, sediments are measured from Sentinel-A (S2A) using Linear Least-Square (LLS) Regression analysis and Case 2 Regional Coast Colour (C2RCC) neural network. Depth map is estimated by cluster-based regression (CBR) bathymetry. The experimental result analysis shows that the proposed method has produced substantial correlation between the observed values and the remotely sensed data based on the different statistical performance measures. The performance measures of MNB, RMSE and MAPD for the retrieval of OSPM based on the OLCI are 0.041, 0.026 and 2.442 whereas for ISPM measures are 0.064, 0.048 and 1.865 respectively.
