According to newsreporting originating in Toronto, Canada, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “Low-dose CT screeningcan reduce lung cancer-related mortality. However, most screen-detected pulmonary abnormalities do notdevelop into cancer and it often remains challenging to identify malignant nodules, particularly amongindeterminate nodules.”
