Abstract

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning DailyNews Daily News - New research on Artificial Intelligence is the subject of a report. According to newsreporting originating in Jilin, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “Toimprove and even reverse sarcopenia in elderly people, this study developed a self-determined sequenceexercise program consisting of strength training exercise, Yijinjing exercise (a traditional Chinese exercise),and hybrid strength training with Yijinjing exercise. Ninety-four community-dwelling older adults screenedfor sarcopenia using the Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia criteria were randomly assigned to 24 weeksof a control group (CG, n = 30), self-determined sequence exercise program group (SDSG, n = 34) orstrength training group (STG, n = 30).”
