Abstract

According to news reporting out of FederalUniversity of Rio Grande do Sul by NewsRx editors, research stated, “No-show to medical appointmentshas significant adverse effects on healthcare systems and their clients. Using machine learning to predictno-shows allows managers to implement strategies such as overbooking and reminders targeting patientsmost likely to miss appointments, optimizing the use of resources.”
