According to news originating fromSeoul, South Korea, by NewsRx editors, the research stated, “The pasting features of eight varieties of riceflour with varying amylose content were characterized and then subjected to machine learning analysis inorder to classify the rice varieties and predict their amylose content.”Funders for this research include Rural Development Administration; National Research Foundation ofKorea; Ministry of Education; Ministry of Science, Ict And Future Planning.
