Conventionaldocument analysis environments may provide users with tools to view individual documents butlack functionality that makes sufficient use of metadata associated with the documents to improve userinteractions with the documents. To keep a collection of documents up to date, a user must keep track ofupcoming deadlines associated with agreements in various documents, remember to update similar clauselanguage across a portfolio of related documents, and manually perform additional actions related to editingand reviewing documents. To provide an improved, efficient, and more reliable document interactionsexperience to the user, there is a need for a system that assists a user with document upkeep, analysis,and review.”
