Oftentimes, customers who want tomake returns can risk going outside of the return windows because intentions to make returns were notpresent at the time of purchase so return policies were not acquired. Even if purchases are returned,products purchased with a charge account can take days to be credited back (e.g., to be refunded). Thisis primarily because refund requests also go through a payment network similar to authorization requeststo make purchases but in reverse. Having to check whether refunds have been credited back can be aninconvenience, especially if it is unclear how long refund processes take.”
