“Research Paper Abstract-Artificial intelligence (AI) is advancing rapidly, and it is currently capable ofmatching or surpassing human ability in several occupations.“As a result, there is growing concern about the potential impact of AI on jobs and the labour market.The paper looks at the current impact of AI on job displacement and solutions for mitigating or regulatingits potential to disrupt labor markets dramatically.“A literature review methodology is used in the study to assess recent studies on the impact of artificialintelligence on employment. Initial findings indicate that, while artificial intelligence may threaten specificoccupations due to automation, it can also create new job opportunities and maintain total employmentlevels if the right policies and methodologies are implemented. Additional research is required to fullyappreciate and address the workforce transformations by increasingly sophisticated AI systems.”
