Today,trusted parties control the experience, data (including, without limitation, viewer preferences, attributes,desires, pricing, and past actions), offerings, and potential recommendations. Any innovative systemthat can transfer control of some of these inputs from the trusted parties to the users would move content distribution and consumption in the direction of the decentralization wave and could improve overall viewerexperience.”
