According to news reporting out ofShanghai, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “Searching for new materials withintrinsically low lattice thermal conductivity is crucial for the exploration of high-performance thermoelectricmaterials. Herein, the layered compound GeBi2Se4 with intrinsically low lattice thermal conductivity isdiscovered, and its thermoelectric performance optimization is accelerated by machine learning.”
