According to news originating from Heilongjiang, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “Based on the conservation of resources theory, this study examines the mechanism of work autonomy in humanrobot col- laboration on hotel employees’ service innovation behaviour and insomnia, and explores the mediating role of job insecurity and the moderating role of person-job fit. This study conducted a two-stage, multisource questionnaire survey among hotel industry employees and managers.”
