Abstract

2024 FEB 27 (NewsRx) – By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning Daily News – Investigators publish new report on Gram-Negative Bacteria - Escherichia coli. According to news reporting out of Tianjin, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “Rapid identification of the active state of foodborne bacteria is crucial for ensuring the safety and quality control of food or pharmaceutical products. In this study, a combination of hyperspectral microscope imaging (HMI) and machine learning algorithm is employed for the identification of active state of Escherichia coli (E. coli).” Financial support for this research came from National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC).
