2024 FEB 27 (NewsRx) – By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning Daily News Daily News – From Alexandria, Virginia, NewsRx journalists report that a patent by the inventors Koretake, Ryoma (Kobe, JP), Nodo, Hiroaki (Kobe, JP), filed on March 16, 2021, was published online on February 6, 2024. The patent’s assignee for patent number 11890753 is Kawasaki Jukogyo Kabushiki Kaisha (Kobe, Japan). News editors obtained the following quote from the background information supplied by the inventors: “BACKGROUND ART “An articulated robot is known which is adapted to efficiently cool a reduction gear (see Patent Litera- ture 1, for example). In the articulated robot disclosed in Patent Literature 1, a cooling structure including an internal cooling water flow path is integrated with the reduction gear. The integrated cooling structure is alleged to accomplish effective cooling of the reduction gear.”
