This sorting method requires the operator to travel a lot, which causes high labor intensity, low efficiency and high error rate. “On the basis of this, an automatic sorting system based on an intelligent carrying robot has been developed in recent years. According to a form requirement and inventory information, the robot carries a target rack with commodities corresponding to the form to a corresponding sorting station, and at the sorting station the operator sorts and places the commodities into designated containers according to prompts. When the sorting task is finished, the robot sends the rack back to a designated position. This sorting method has higher efficiency and accuracy than the manual method.
