By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning Daily News Daily News-Current study results on Machine Learn ing have been published. According to news originating from Phagwara, India, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, "Tongue-drive system (TDS) is an advance d assistive technology (AT) that enables people with severe disabilities to inde pendently control the electronic devices and machines using their tongue. Throug h the use of a small magnetic tracer, it can be translated into user-defined com mands." Financial support for this research came from Department of VLSI design, Lovely Professional University, Punjab India. Our news journalists obtained a quote from the research from Lovely Professional University, "Real time system accuracy is the major parameter of effectiveness of such AT's. So, a projected model needs a hardware based real time implementat ions or optimum model development with reconfigurable architectures before desig n of application specific ICs. This paper reviews various tongue drive systems a nd their features and approaches to the brain, tongue, and computer interface. I n this paper, the data rate of serial peripheral interfaces compared and discuss ed the attenuation techniques and their signal-to-noise ratio for processing the data. The projected machine learning classifiers mainly decision tree, k-Neares t Neighbor, logistic regression, Naive Bayes, random forest, and support vector machine are compared in terms of accuracy, F1 score, and power consumption. The performance comparison of TDS and implementation methods on field programmable l ogic arrays are discussed. The design and simulation work done so far on MATLAB and Xilinx environment are mainly analyzed to identify future scope of work."
