By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning Daily News Daily News-From Washington, D.C., NewsRx journali sts report that a patent application by the inventor MIYAZAKI, Koki (Kyoto-shi, JP), filed on June 27, 2023, was made available online on March 14, 2024. No assignee for this patent application has been made. News editors obtained the following quote from the background information suppli ed by the inventors: " "Field of the Invention "The present invention relates to an automatic dispensing device, and more parti cularly to an automatic dispensing device provided with a robot arm for gripping and operating a dispensing pipette. "Description of the Related Art "The following description sets forth the inventor's knowledge of the related ar t and problems therein and should not be construed as an admission of knowledge in the prior art. "In an analysis of a sample using an analytical instrument, such as, e.g., a liq uid chromatograph, a gas chromatograph, and a mass spectrometer, preprocessing, such as, e.g., extraction, purification, concentration, dilution, labeling, or s taining of a detection target contained in the sample may be required prior to t he analysis. Conventionally, in order to efficiently perform such preprocessing of a sample, an automatic dispensing device that automatically dispenses a liqui d, such as, e.g., a sample liquid and a reagent, into a plurality of sample cont ainers has been used.
