According to news originating from Tianjin, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “To meet the simultaneous nee ds of high temperature disinfection and freezing in the field of food processing , a new concept of combined heating and cooling transcritical CO2 system integra ted with dedicated mechanical subcooling utilizing hydrocarbon mixture is propos ed. The system performance in terms of thermodynamics, economy and environment i s studied and compared with the baseline combined heating and cooling transcriti cal CO2 system and four traditional combined heating and cooling solutions, cons idering the influence of temperature glide and the heat transfer deterioration.”
