According to news reporting originating from Hefei, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx correspondents, research stat ed, “Maximizing receiver operating characteristic convex hull (ROCCH) is a hot r esearch topic of binary classification, since it can obtain good classifiers und er either balanced or imbalanced situation.
