According to news reporting out of Shanghai, People’s Republic of Ch ina, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “Slope failures lead to catastrophic co nsequences in numerous countries, so accurate slope stability evaluation is crit ical in geological disaster prevention and control. In this study, the type and characteristics of slope protection structure disease were determined through th e field investigation of an expansive soil area, and this information is incorpo rated into the numerical simulations and works to develop prediction models of s lope stability.”
