Nowadays the labor-intense card-issuin g methods have been replaced with automatic card-issuing machines, which well ac hieves the goal of reducing the number of personnel but with increased efficienc y. It has incomparable advantages over manual card-issuing as it can provide 24- 7 services, but some limitations of the card-issuing machines should not be negl ected.
