By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning Daily News Daily News – Research findings on Robotics are disc ussed in a new report. According to news reporting out of Rome, Italy, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “This paper evaluates the role and effectiveness of d ifferent types of haptic feedback in presenting relevant feedback information du ring needle insertion in soft tissues through a remotely operated robot. We carr ied out three experiments with human subjects to analyze the effect of grounded kinesthetic feedback, cutaneous vibrotactile feedback, and cutaneous pressure fe edback for rendering the elastic and the viscous force components of a simplifie d needle-tissue interaction model in a simulated environment.”
