According to news originating from Uttarakhand, India, b y NewsRx correspondents, research stated, "Pan evaporation modeling and forecast ing are needed to provide timely, continuous, and valuable information to suppor t water management. This study aimed to overcome the constraints identified in t raditional regression techniques and less explored machine learning models-the C atBoost, to enhance the precision and comprehensiveness of pan evaporation estim ation."
