According to newsreporting originating from Suzhou, Peop le’s Republic of China, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated,“N6-methylade nosine (mA) is the most prevalent post-transcriptional modification in eukaryoti c cells thatplays a crucial role in regulating various biological processes, an d dysregulation of mA status is involvedin multiple human diseases including ca ncer contexts. A number of prediction frameworks have beenproposed for high-acc uracy identification of putative mA sites, however, none have targeted for direc tprediction of tissue-conserved mA modified residues from non-conserved ones at base-resolution level.”
