According to newsoriginating from Harbin, People’s Repub lic of China, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “Thecomposition of vol atile compounds in beer is crucial to the quality of beer. Herein, we identified 23volatile compounds, namely, 12 esters, 4 alcohols, 5 acids, and 2 phenols, i n nine different beer typesusing GC-MS.”
