Abstract

Accordingto news originating from Hoboken, Ne w Jersey, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “Wepresenta novel motion p lanning framework for unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs) - the first framework thatapplies Gaussian process motion planning to solve a 3D path planning proble m for a 6-DoF robot inunderwater environments. We address missions requiring UU Vs to remain in close proximity to seafloorterrain, which must be achieved alon gside collision avoidance.”
