Abstract

Accordingto news reporting from Hunan, Peo ple’s Republic of China, by NewsRx journalists, research stated,“Pulmonary arte rial hypertension (PAH) is a life-threatening disease characterized by abnormal earlyactivation of pulmonary arterial smooth muscle cells (PASMCs), yet the und erlying mechanisms remain tobe elucidated. Normal and PAH gene expression profi les were obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO) database and analyzed u sing gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) to uncover the underlyingmechanisms.”
