By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning DailyNews Daily News – Researchers detail new data in artific ial intelligence. According to news reporting outof Nabeul, Tunisia, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “In this study, artificial intelligence (AI) tools were utilised to predict and analyse the progression of crater wear in cutting tool s made of tungsten carbideduring machining of aluminium 7075 alloy with a CNC l athe.”The news editors obtained a quote from the research from Department of Mechanica l Engineering:“The study investigated the impact of corner radius, feed rate, c utting speeds, and cut depth on the wearof the tools. Thirty experiments were c onducted, with 24 used for training 11 independent AI models andthe remaining 6 used for testing. This study stands out for its novelty as it pioneers the eval uation of 11distinct AI models for the prediction of tool wear.”
