In particular, a robot performing a route guidance function to auser can provide an optimized route to the user based on map data regarding a specific space.“In case a plurality of users wished to be provided with a route guidance servic e, a conventional robotcould not identify an optimal route based on the feature s of a single user or the features of each individualuser, and thus there was a problem that the robot could not provide an optimal route in consideration oft he features of the group wherein the plurality of users were included.
