Abstract

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning DailyNews Daily News - A new study on Machine Learning is now available. According to news reporting out ofNanjing, People’s Republic of Chi na, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “While machine learning (ML) isused to correct gridded soil moisture (SM) products by fusing in-situ observations, the contribution of landsurface model (LSM)- and satellite-based SM products are ye t to be validated over a large area, leading toimprudent adoption of SM product (s) for data fusion. In this study, single or multiple SM products fromCSSPv2 L SM simulation, ERA5 and GLDASv2.1 reanalysis, and ESA-CCI satellite data with di fferentresolutions are used to train ML models and generate daily SM estimates at 0.0625(degrees) resolutionwith insitu measurements as target and relevant va riables as auxiliary.”
