Abstract

According to newsreporting originating in Hangzhou, Peop le’s Republic of China, by NewsRx journalists, research stated,“Digital nucleic acid amplification enables the absolute quantification of single molecules. How ever, dueto the ultrasmall reaction volume in the digital system (, short light path), most digital systems are limitedto fluorescence signals, while label-fr ee and naked-eye readout remain challenging.”
