No assignee for this patent application has been made.Reporters obtained the following quote from the background information supplied by the inventors:“Coating of objects, such as vehicle bodies of automobiles, is performed by supplying coating materialsfrom, for example, a coating material tank where coating materials are stored to coating heads located atthe tip of t he arm of a coating robot used as a coating machine. In a coating robot, coating materialtanks in which multiple colors of coating materials are stored for eac h color is connected to a color changevalve device, and the coating material us ed for coating is selected by the color change valve device, andsupplied to the coating machine, in order to respond to changes in the color of the coating mat erial usedto coat the object to be coated.
