Abstract

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning DailyNews – Researchers detail new data in Machine Learning. According to news originating from Shaanxi, People’sRepublic of China, by NewsR x correspondents, research stated, “The presence of strong anharmoniceffects in surface functionalized MXenes greatly challenges the use of harmonic lattice dy namics calculationsto predict their phonon spectra and lattice thermal conducti vity at finite temperatures. Herein, wedemonstrate the workflow for training an d validating machine learning potentials in terms of moment tensorpotential (MT P) for MXenes including Mo2TiC2, Mo2TiC2O2, Mo2TiC2F2 and Janus-Mo2TiC2OFmonola yers.”
