Abstract

According tonews reporting out of Shaanxi, People’s Re public of China, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “Twodimensionalblack phos phorous (BP) memristors have great promise for developing high-performance visual synapses in AI robots, emulating the human eye, stemming from the tunable band gap width and excellentoptoelectronic performance of BP. However, 2D BP’s insta bility hampers its widespread adoption.”
